🌍 International Orders – Customs & Import Fees

Ordering from outside the UK? We ship worldwide, but please note that international deliveries may be subject to import VAT/sales tax, customs duties, and/or local handling fees charged by your country’s customs authority.

📦 What charges might apply?

• Import VAT / Sales Tax
• Customs duties (if applicable)
• Handling / clearance fees charged by your postal service or courier

🧾 Who pays these fees?

• The customer is responsible for any import charges.
• Fees are usually requested before delivery or on arrival.
• If customs fees are refused or unpaid, the parcel may be returned or destroyed. In these cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.

🌎 Why do charges vary by country?

Every country has different tax thresholds, product classifications, and import regulations—so even orders of the same value can be treated differently depending on the destination.

🔍 How can I estimate import costs?

For a rough estimate before ordering, check your local customs site or search: “Import charges from UK to [your country]”. You may need your order value and shipping cost.

🚫 Restricted or prohibited items

Some countries restrict or prohibit certain products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items are legal to import. We cannot refund orders seized by customs due to local restrictions.

💡 Our commitment

• We complete customs declarations accurately and honestly.
• We ship promptly and provide tracking where available.
• We cannot mark parcels as “gift” or alter values, as this is illegal.
