Each pair of sneakers is custom-made and takes between 15-25 days to produce. Once your shoes are ready, shipping to your address usually takes 48 hours. You'll receive a tracking number and updates along the way.
Due to the customization and time spent crafting each pair, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to select the correct UK size when placing your order.
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this window, production begins, and we cannot accommodate cancellations.
If we’re out of stock of a certain size blank shoe, our team will contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund.
